1 General Terms & Conditions

BD Jelly An internationally licensed online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between BD Jelly and its platform users ("Users").

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting Rules

• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to gain an advantage will be treated as arbitrage betting.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market.

For live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or hacking tools.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using multiple accounts to unfairly exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy from a restricted region.

8 Account Suspension & Restrictions

BD Jelly reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Being a resident of a restricted region.
• Upon self-request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be refunded once verification is complete. However, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to fraud or prohibited activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. This process is generally completed within 48 hours.

9 Responsible Gaming
